I exhibited at the Vintage Wedding Fair in beautiful Chiswick this past Sunday, promoting my diverse live sketching services for weddings and corporate events.
It was eclectic group of brides to be who were very interested in my business idea. It was repeatedly said at both fairs that I exhibited, The Vintage fair and at the Landmark Arts Wedding Fair, Teddington, Sunday 5th February.
‘This is such at a different idea. I have never seen anything like this before, and you are so talented!’
I will hone in on a moment. I can decide in a heartbeat who are the most important people in the illustration and emphasise that key moment in time, for example side views of the Father of the Bride standing at the altar is the key figure along with his daughter the bride, who he is ‘giving ‘ away. The groom and the vicar are secondary in that moment. I can decide who are the key figures to be sketched. It is all about the Father of the bride and his daughter in that moment. This is the emotional energy I can live sketch in the illustration.
I offer to a bridal couple a service to bespoke and personalise their wedding day through the magic of illustration!
Illustrations of the bride and groom in a special setting for wedding invitations, Order of Service, thank you cards. Also lettering signage: ‘Just Married’ attached to the back of the car, table place cards, A3 table layout sign.
I so enjoyed my day and met some lovely stall holders who were my neighbours. Along side me was Francis Bridal design, designer -Trish Irving and behind me was Katya Katya Shehurina, PR and Marketing- Hannay Druy-Ellis.
I have had a fabulous response from both wedding fairs and I am getting bookings for 2017 and 2018! It gives me great joy to share my creative talents. Do contact me as I want to offer my talent to help plan your wedding. I look forward to hearing from you soon!
